Kuwait Invites Private Partners Into Rail, Port and Urban Development Projects

National authorities and bodies such as the Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects are seeking private participation in rail, port expansion, housing, utilities and digital public services, including Mubarak Al-Kabeer Port and Silk City.

HPC matches infrastructure sponsors, contractors and lenders with qualifying public-private partnership opportunities, supports bid positioning, and earns a 2% success fee on financed projects of around $120 million.
